Privacy
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: April 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Del Plata LLC ("Del Plata", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit delplata.online (the "Site"). It only covers the corporate site. Each product in our portfolio may have its own policy, linked from that product's page.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Del Plata LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company with registered office at 30 North Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For any privacy-related request, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not fingerprint visitors. It counts page views and referrers using anonymized and aggregated data only. No personal profile is built.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security, abuse prevention, and delivery of the Site. These logs are retained short-term by Cloudflare under their own terms.
- Email you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you include. We use that to reply to you.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or social widgets that profile you.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to keep the Site working, secure, and measurable in aggregate.
- Consent / pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)) — when you contact us voluntarily by email.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers that act as processors on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, and cookie-less analytics.
- Our email provider — to receive and reply to messages sent to our addresses.
These providers are located in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
5. How long we keep it
- Aggregated analytics: retained by Cloudflare under its standard retention (short-term).
- Server / security logs: short-term, as set by Cloudflare.
- Email correspondence: kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically under 30 days.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Cookies
This Site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, to defend against attacks or to load-balance requests); these are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
10. Contact
